What the hotel puts in it
An LCD television with cable channels and pay-per-view movies, air conditioning you set yourself, a snack bar and fridge, complimentary wifi and an in-room safe. The hotel describes the colours as teals, browns and burnt oranges, taken from the water and the sand outside.
Our read
This is the only room type whose listing reads "2 adults (2 children)". Everywhere else the hotel lists two adults. If you are two parents and two small children, start here and choose two doubles.
One catch worth knowing before you choose the beds: rollaways ($50 a night) go into king rooms and suites only. With two doubles you will not need one; with a king, a third sleeper would need the rollaway, if one is free that night.
The room page does not promise a particular view. If an island outlook matters, look at the Resort Room for $30 more, or tell us and we will ask.
Questions we put to the hotel for you
King or two doubles?
Both configurations exist. We ask for the one you need and get it confirmed in writing, not as a preference.
A cot for the baby?
Portacots are free but limited. We ask at the same time as the room, not on arrival day.
Connecting rooms?
Interconnecting configurations are available but limited; the hotel wants these arranged through Reservations, which is exactly where we send it.
